It’s time to “Jump into Spring” and what better way to do it than engaging in a childhood favorite game of Double Dutch. Double Dutch enhances coordination, agility, and balance, making it an ideal activity for athletes of all ages and fitness levels. Come and join us as we help you engage multiple muscle groups, including your legs, arms, shoulders, and core and help you strengthen and tone your entire body.
