Dr. Shay Harris-Pierre, LPC, CFT is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Financial Therapist, and Family Business Consultant. Through her private practice as a Licensed Counselor, Dr. Shay provides financial therapy to high achieving women of color, couples, and families as they navigate cross class growth, or the Journey Up into wealth. As a consultant, Dr. Shay specializes in helping families with shared wealth to navigate relational conflicts that may significantly impact the Journey Across, or the maintenance and deployment of wealth across generations.
